I've spent over a decade working with small businesses and solopreneurs across writing, design and digital. Email was always the thing that made the clearest difference to revenue when it was done well. So I stopped doing everything and started doing this properly.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, keeping the team focused and the work careful. That means the communication is direct, and I actually know your business rather than treating it like a ticket in a queue.

Most of my clients find me through word of mouth. I'm based in the UK, work remotely, and I'm currently accepting new retainer clients.

I understand the pressures of running a small business from the inside, not just in theory. Which is why I keep the work focused, the communication direct, and the client list short.
